Two identical steel-framed structures joined together to form a uniquely designed 238,000 sq.ft. office campus. The identical structures contain four floor levels framed in structural steel with a concrete cover over a composite deck and roof. The design incorporates steel brace frames as the structure’s lateral resistance. Stearns assisted with the design elements and provided detailing, procurement, fabrication, and erection of the steel package. The project features architectural sunshades located on the outside of the East & West windows and steel canopies adorn the perimeter.
