Rasmussen BMW

This 50,000 sq.ft., 3-level structure features below-grade maintenance bays, parking on the second level, and a special entry ramp which leads to parking on the roof above the showroom area. Stearns assisted with the design and provided and installed the structural steel systems.

Due to neighboring view restrictions, a canvas tent was installed on the rooftop to shield the view of the automobiles. The fabric tent enclosure system was supported by a customized 80-foot steel mast provided by Stearns that was fabricated from tube steel.
