Stearns was approached by DPR Construction to redesign the over-budget concrete scheme and construct the new structural steel scheme.

The collaborative process with Skilling Ward Magnusson Barkshire Engineers, KMD Architects, DPR Construction and Stearns, significantly reduced structure cost and helped bring the project back into budget.
