A 16-story, 367,000 sq. ft., steel framed, sophisticated class A office tower located adjacent to Waterfront Park with sweeping views of the Willamette River and Mount Hood.

This 16-story tower features 20,000 sq. ft. of ground-floor retail space, 15 levels of office space as well as 3 levels of below-grade parking with 350 stalls.

Stearns was brought on-board early to provide the most efficient and economical structural steel system, to assist with design development and to furnish and install the entire structural and miscellaneous steel package for this high performance, green designed, LEED Platinum structure.

1st & Main Office Tower received the following rating:

• U.S. Green Building Council LEED in 2010; achievement level: Platinum - highest rating.
