Les Schwab HQ

This 123,000 sq.ft., 3-level office building was the first completed structure within the City of Bend’s 1,500-acre Juniper Ridge Development. The unique architecture and design of the new headquarter building celebrates the company’s Central Oregon heritage. Stearns was approached to provide design assistance and the most economical structural steel hybrid system. By efficiently coordinating with the design team and managing the detailing, fabrication, and an accelerated schedule, the project was completed on time and within budget. This state-of-the-art structure received LEED Gold Certification for the inclusion of solar panels, recyclable materials, and water and energy conservation.
