A LEED Silver Certified project that encompasses an entire city block and brings a new modern vitality to an underdeveloped urban landscape. Stearns assisted with design development, managed procurement, fabrication, and erection drawings, and provided a critical path schedule within a constrained job-site. Architectural exposed structural steel was incorporated into the design to emphasize the industrial past of the neighborhood while maintaining a contemporary style.
